Mystic is a speculative architectural concept, which is a residential cum commercial development. It is located at the water front and is an inspiration from a sailing ship which appears to float in the Arabian sea. To enjoy the water front the podium is designed in the form of a luxury deck with eating joints, entertainment plaza and sit outs. The entry floor is designed with grand lobbies connected to personal lagoons and beaches. The lower floors are designed as commercial spaces and the 21 floors that are above the podium are designed with typical service apartments, such that all the residential units enjoy the view of the beautiful sea and top 5 floors are developed as pent houses with private sun decks. The total built area of the project is 3.5 lacs sqft.
