The project was a real challenge to design a remarkable iconic corporate tower within the campus with existing functional infrastructure. The building has minimum footprint and planned vertically.

The elevation has been conceived to create a bold curvilinear form out of straight geometry by twisting the corners, protecting the building from sun. Continuous Chajjas and balconies ingeniously introduced to make it more energy efficient. The project is being registered with GRIHA(4 Star ) as well as LEED gold rating.
