'Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited' (DFCCIL) allocated 45 acres of land at NOIDA considting of 1.4 million sqft of Corporate offices and township.

The project is conceived carefully considering about the factors like work zone, residential zone, entertainment zone and institutional zone and of course present & future phases of construction. So, the layout is intellectually developed by placing the corporate office zone in the beginning of the plot along the main approach road, all the residential sky-scrappers are placed along the periphery away from the offices and freight corridor. surrounded by lush golf green open spaces, Club & sports complex, whereas, the Institutional zone is totally segregated and placed at the extreme end of the plot.

The corporate office space is conceived to have on 3 separate buildings which, allows developments on phases. The front two Office buildings are designed on twin tower concept standing on a landscaped podium with parking below, auditorium in between the two tower with landscaped terrace garden. Architecture style which symbolically represents the high speed train engine. The entire project is developed on Green building concept and composite construction technique.
