proposed hotel at Mayur vihar New Delhi having 0.2millon sqft.built area and it is very well planned provide residential facility to the international tourists expected during Common Wealth Games 2010.Being the brain child of Eco-ID of Singapore,the project was designed with 2 towers accommodating independent commercial floors in the stand alone G+2 building and 170 keys in main tower.The elevation is devloped with rhythmic play of lines,stacked volumes,screen patterns etc.that offer proper shading,and an intersting look for the facade.The swimming pool is planned to be of cutting edge design on 12th floor.A circular 9 meter high atrium on the ground floor adds vivacity to the project.
