'Patanjali Yogpeeth', is a dream project of
Swami Ramdev, it was conceptualized with
the intent to promote "Ayurveda" and
"Yoga". The Ayurvedic Hospital is designed
on 35 acres with the OPD for 1500 patients
and the IPD for 1000 patients( with 1000
beds), apart from that a complete
diagnostic centre with multiple
pathological labs are also planned where
diagnosis and various medical practices
would be carried out by using the state-ofthe-
art equipments & machines.
The architectural design of this landmark
creation is done in the authentic Indian
style using domes, arches, jalis, cornices,
beads, etc. This project is fully equipped
with the latest infrastructure services and
world-class interiors. This cutting edge
project includes an 'Ayurvedic College' as
well, that can accommodate 2000 students
and has state-of-the-art facilities like a
hostel for boys and girls, residential
facilities for staff, dining and
entertainment facilities etc. The project
was completed in a record time of 15
months with an estimated cost of Rs. 1500
million in Phase -1. The medical college
was completed within 12 months with an
estimated cost of Rs. 1000 million in Phase
-II.
