The project is planned on a 7 acres of land in the city of wonders, Agra. The project was designed with a vision "Less is More." The project is designed in such a way that 95% of the external faces of all apartments are having balcony with either glass or solid parapet in a random pattern. The intention behind this was to break the monotony of the facade and to activate it in a simple manner.
