Eldeco County is developed on the concept of traditional ethnic architecture. It is designed on 60 acres and is naturally divided by a master plan road; the project was developed in 2 phases, the first phase was designed in 36 acres and it has expandable built houses, having different plans but controlled façade of built structure. The 2nd phase was developed with plotted development to give the option of building independent houses as per individual requirement. The estimated cost of this is project Rs.165 Cr. The controlled elevation is designed with arches, tapered roof, bands, decorative railings, all finished with traditional specifications like brick, tiles and plain plastered finish.
