Sahara estate is designed on the concept of a 'garden city'. The garden concept, entails a big central green node with Landscape parks, play fields, open air theater and congregation space, which also acts as an entertainment and community plaza for the whole township. It is connected to small green nodes planned in all sectors and periphery of project. The integrated township with 1100 residential units is developed on 46 acres of site area in Hyderabad city, with rich heritage and natural beauty. The project was completed in 2003 with a total cost of Rs, 155 Cr.
